Fiber connection between Cisco switches: No led, no link (Urgent)

Hi,

I have 4 Cisco switches:

-> 1x 3750X equipped with C3KX-NM-10G module + 2x SFP-10G-SR (Office 1)

-> 1x 3650X equipped with C3KX-NM-10G module + 2x SFP-10G-SR (Office 2)

-> 2x 3560E equipped with X2-10GB-SR modules (1st in Office1, 2nd in Office 2)

I want simply to make 2 fiber connection: between 3750X and 3560X, and then between 3560E switches, but this won't work.

I tried all available solutions I know, but no success.

In anticipation, I give here some answers :

-> When switches boot, LEDs light up, and then go down (3560X and 3750X)

-> In C3KX modules, SFP+ are connected in TE2 and TE4

-> In CNA, the modules detects the SFP presence (One time I connected SFP 1G in the TE2 and it told me an error)

-> I switched TX/RX many time, but no success

-> I tested if fiber cable is broken: I can see light projected trough optical fibers in from the other side.

-> the distance between offices is 200 - 300m

Waiting for your help.

Many thanks.

Hello,

tough one. You have already tried a lot of things (the most important being to switch the tx/rx strands.

The global command 'service unsupported-transceiver' used to be around, you might want to check if that command is still available.

Hi Georges,

Thank you for replying.

I think this command is applied to no-Cisco transceivers, am I wrong?

Me, all I have is Cisco equipments.

Thanks.

Hello

Check the cabling and sfps they have to be compatiable -The fibre sfps need to be compatible to the fibre you are using and between each switch, be it

Short hual (SX) or Long haul (LX), Multimode (MM) or Sinlge mode (SM) sfps

To eliminate an SFP-related issue, try looping the patch cord to the same switch.  Does the port go up when the link is looped?
