Field Upgrade for Industrial Ethernet Switches

Hi,

the IE 2000 can be upgraded in the field from LAN Lite to LAN Base (CISL architecture - one image for both feature sets).

What about the other switches

- IE 3000/IE3010 (LAN Base -> IP Services)

- CGS 2520 (LAN Base -> IP Services)

- IE 2000U (LAN Base -> IP Services)

Can we upgrade these devices also in the field ? Or is the feature set bound to

the specific hardware ?

Is there a universal image available also for these devices ?

I do not believe you can upgrade LAN Lite to LAN Base (or IP Base).
