Firewall Config Loads, after 3-5 Minutes config doesnt work anymore.

We have rebuild a Cisco ASA 5508-X with a backup config, now we fase the issue that when we do a reload everything works but after 3-5 minutes no internet connection to the end-user devices/servers and no subnet connection between the subnets(vlans), IPsec is up but also don't show any traffic

Does anyone have a idea or advise to fix this?

For this type of issue, I recommend you open a ticket with Cisco and send them the information and have them help you in resolving the issue. This could be a hardware and/or software issue.

How can I log a ticket at cisco?

You can do it online or just call the 800 number they have. Since this is a high priority case, I would just call them and open a priority-1 ticket.
