Hi Arup,
Looks like IOS has some issue to find the file "flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin".
Can you take the following to see the status of the file:
dir flash:
dir flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

no i can't see.if i type only
dir flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5 then i see
-rwx 8054867 mar 1 1993 05:35:35 +05:30 dir
flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

Sorry but the output is not clear, do you mean that the file you have in flash is "dir flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5"? Without the .bin at the end?
If that's the case then try to "copy flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5 tftp://"
IOS filename extension are not important, the file name could be c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5 without the ".bin" and still be valid.
If you look at "show ver" you'll have an indication of the filename the device used to boot at the "System image file is " line. If you used that 122-35.SE5 image you try to copy to boot this device you'll see the full path and image name.

If I read the question correctly you are trying to transfer an image from a Cisco 3750 switch to tftp? I would use the following command:
archive upload-sw tftp://10.0.0.1/c3750.tar
On my tftp server, I keep the most current (IOS in production) copy of IOS named as C3750.tar. But you can name the file anything that you desire.
Example being performed on an acual switch:
106-TC2D-3750-1#archive upload-sw tftp://10.0.0.1/c3750.tar
!
System software to be uploaded:
System Type: 0x00000002
System Type: 0x00000000!
archiving c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-52.SE (directory)
archiving c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-52.SE/c3750e-universalk9-mz.122-52.SE.bin (13425020 bytes)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try this. The image is in a directory in flash so the .bin will not show. You are curently trying to copy the image without telling it what the directory is .
L3SWPPCL#copy flash:c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5/c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin tftp:
Address or name of remote host []? 10.128.193.99
Destination filename [c3750-ipservices-mz.122-35.SE5.bin]?
