Hello community,

I have a problem with a 7600 router, today It had a High CPU process output, I have this logs from the event:

Mar 27 11:45:38 AR: %FM-2-FLOWMASK_CONFLICT: Features configured on interface Port-channel1 have conflicting flowmask requirements, traffic may be switched in software

Mar 27 11:45:39 AR: %FM_EARL7-4-FLOW_FEAT_FLOWMASK_REQ_FAIL: Flowmask request for the flow based feature NAT for protocol IPv4 is unsuccessful, hardware acceleration may be disabled for the feature

Mar 27 11:45:39 AR: %FM_EARL7-4-FLOW_FEAT_FLOWMASK_REQ_FAIL: Flowmask request for the flow based feature WCCP for protocol IPv4 is unsuccessful, hardware acceleration may be disabled for the feature

It was working fine until today and we did not change the configuration. We have WCCP and NAT configurations inside the interface portchannel1:

interface Port-channel1
description ## Conexion a MG_CORE ##
ip address 10.255.252.58 255.255.255.252
ip nat inside
ip wccp 61 redirect in
ip wccp 62 redirect out
mls qos trust dscp
service-policy input Ingreso

The router reached 100% of CPU utilization.

Hi,

Not sure what version you are running but there is a bug associated with this error message.

Have a look at this link:

Hi Diana,

Without any SmartNet contract, it is not easy to upgrade. The IOS (122-33.SRE12.bin) your customer is running is at least 10 years old. It is time to upgrade.

@Julio E. Moisa @Reza Sharifi

We have planned a migration with the customer for the next week, thank both for your time.

Regards,

Glad to help Diana

Good Luck!
