We are using 4507 L3 switch.4 Vlans are there.CPU utilization is 65% for 700 uers. From each vlan we are getting frequent disconnections when connect to another Vlan.but there is no drop while pinging to the gateway.I hereby attach the Sh process CPU..Please tell me wheater CPU load is causing the packet drop while connecting to another Vlan.Uplink part there is no issue.

Look at this , it might help. It shouldn't be affecting performance at 65% .

Look at this , it might help. It shouldn't be affecting performance at 65% . Traffic is switched at the hardware level and for the most part should not hit the CPU if operating normally.
