Hello,

I am going to above URL to try to lookup the details of an existing active permanent license details.  The page asked to enter PID, Serial number and Device Credentials.  I know my UID so I can enter PID and Serial number.  Does anyone know what is the field Device Credentials is looking for?

thanks,

Joyce

Just to update the link,

https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/LicenseAdminServlet/licenseLookup

this is the link that I was trying to go to look up an existing active license that I have activated some time in the past.  I was not sure what information to enter the "Device Credentials" that the site is looking for.

thanks,

Joyce

I know my router is a 3945.  The website asked for 3 fields to fill.  I know the first two (PID and serial number).  I just don't know the 3rd field called "device credentials" and what kind of information that field is looking for? There is no description nor example on the page to describe it.  I know my PAK number, PID, serial number.  I have access to the router and my "data" license is active and permanent.  I simply go to that URL that it says it can "look up your license" and so I just want to enter my current license to view what's in it.

I am only referring to the URL, not license manager.
