Hello,

 

gbic-invalid --> this means that the GBIC is not compatible with your hardware and/or software. You need to check the compatibility matrix for your device to find out which GBICs it supports. Cisco has a tool that helps with that (link below).

 

sfp-config-mismatch --> this means that there is a misconfiguration on either end of the link (e.g. media type), which can be resolved by using the correct configuration.
