GLBP - Both nodes want to be active, killing access to VLAN

We had an instance of both GLBP nodes (both 4510's) wanting to be active for a VLAN, stifling connectivity to that VLAN. The config's are below, but as a bandaid, we shut one of the sides? Is there anything glaringly wrong here?

Node A:

Current configuration : 308 bytes
!
interface Vlan1032
description Closet B

ip address 10.203.2.252 255.255.255.0
ip helper-address 10.201.0.112
ip helper-address 10.201.0.113
no ip redirects
ip pim sparse-dense-mode
shutdown
glbp 112 ip 10.203.2.254
glbp 112 priority 110
glbp 112 preempt
no glbp 112 load-balancing
end

R-A-01#sh glbp vlan 1032
