Hello,

I don't see the GLC-TE, in the attached compatibility matrix (Table 3), only the GLC-T...

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/switches/nexus-3000-series-switches/data_sheet_c78-651097.html

Thats the case (Y)

I have few SFP's GLC-TE which is working in the same switch

Cisco Nexus 3000 Series

GLC-TE is supported on Nexus-3064 from software version NX-OS 6.0(2)U3(1). Cisco Transceiver Modules Compatibility Information has frequent updates.

Thanks for the information.

But I have one GLC-TE is connected in same 3064 switch and it's working.

Hi,

Is the following output from the Old GLC-TE SFP ?

sh int eth1/11 transceiver

serial number is -577400ARRZ--CSS
nominal bitrate is 0 MBit/sec
Link length supported for 50/125um fiber is 130 m
Link length supported for 62.5/125um fiber is 10 m
Link length supported for copper is 13 m
cisco id is --
cisco extended id number is 3

Hello,

check if your Nexus supports the command:

NEXUS3064(config)# service unsupported-transceiver

Let me chk this command.

What is the purpose of this command and what would be the impact if we apply this command??

The command allows for transceivers that are not recognized to be...recognized; it works sometimes, but I am not sure it is supported on the Nexus at all....

I have tried to apply the below command but not accepting let me know how to fix this issue.

NEXUS3064(config)# service unsupported-transceiver

Hi,

Did you get the same output for the non-working one ?
