dear all,

please need you attention i have 2960 switch and connected with router with UTP distance is approximately 60 to 70 meter before it was working fine now i try to ping from l2 switch to router i facing drops and the switch seems like hanging while  there is no crc no counter at interface   below is the detils

Hi there,

What do the interface stats for the interface on the other end of the cable look like?

cheers,

Seb.

That is a high number of CRC errors for 9450 packets received!

Have you tried changing the UTP cable?

dear thanks let me change the cable i sweep the ports only
