Hardware Not Supported By Firmware

Hello, 

This is a first time using this discussion board,

So i have a 2911 with a  SM-X-ES3-24-P module using c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE6.bin

IOS. 

Now when attempting to update the IOS to c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE11.bin I get the error. 

Error: hardware not supported by firmware.
Try loading newer software instead.
System Resetting...

When that happens the switch module goes into a boot-loop. 

and when I recover the switch module. It loads up what appears to be a temporary IOS c3560e-universalk9-mz.150-2.EJ.bin

Now my question is anyone else having an issue loading the newest IOS into the switch module?

if not which IOS are you using? And could I be doing something wrong?

Hello,

150-2.EJ is the default (and minimum required) release.

Does this also happen with a 10a/10/9/8/7 or lower release ?

So I found the solution.
It looks like I was using the wrong IOS all together.
I tried the 10 / 9 and 8.
it appears the IOS is c3560e-universalk9-mz.152-4.E6.bin
which I had to nativate to find.
