help! wccp 6509 & barracuda 810

I'm appealing the community to see if anyone has wccp setup on a 6500 with an 810 barracuda.  I've exhausted many efforts as the configuration on the 6500 chassis is pretty simple by just defining the 'web-service' which i did.  But the switch still comes up with 0 usable web caches.  I've even called barracuda support, 'because they support it', but to no avail.  What was interesting is that they did not like me trying to make it work over L2.  I havent made the call to tac but i dont see them helping me with 2 lines of config!?  I've added debug output below.  I would greatly like to hear if anyone else here has this already setup or what their experience is with wccp or a barracuda device.  Thanks!  Chris

What I've done:

- on barracuda enabled & disabled caching

- on barracuda alternated between v1 & v2

- on barracuda alternated between gre & l2

- on barracuda alternated between hash & mask

Did you ever get this going ?  I briefly had mine working but have not been able to keep it going.

negative, after getting new hardware from barracuda then the device kept on going into kernel panic, i've moved on to demo'ing an ironport.  barracuda says they support wccp but have little to no knowledge or documentation on what it takes to make it work.
