Ive been using GNS3 to run some of my practice labs and Im trying to use the SDM to get familiar with it. I have all the settings I believe I need on the router to be able to connect with the router. I can ping it from the command prompt, I can open the ip address in a web browser, I just cant seem to get the sdm to connect. Here is the config in case that helps, http://pastebin.com/0qW6ebBK I am just puzzled to why I can ping and open it in my browser but not with the SDM

hi,
your config looks fine. a few questions that needs to be answered which hopefully you'll come up with the answer or resolution:
- have you tried turning off your PC FW or AV?
- if you're using windows 7, are you connected on the same network (home group or network)?
- what SDM version you're currently using?
- what error message do you get?
- have you tried installing old java versions?
- have you tried downloading and re-install again the SDM (just to ensure files aren't corrupted)?

Hello,
What is the error that SDM show you?
I recommend you to unistall SDM and install Cisco Configuration Profesional, this interface is more nice than SDM.
Regards.
