hi friends i have a issue regarding the wireless controller 2504 , i am having 6 access point connected to it ,i can access wireless from my laptop and mobile , except i phone 5 i am using and even blackberry can any one let me know the reason. please

is there any additional setting on controller 2504 needed or any setting on access points we need please some one help in this regard

Try using OPEN authentication.  If you can connect all devices, then you start adding the security and encryption until you break it.

For Apple, do not use WPA & WPA2.  Use either one but don't enable both.
