I am not sure what is using CPU to go up like this. I had tried some troubleshooting guide on Cisco web site like "Troubleshooting high CPU Utilization" but it does not help me to find out the problem yet. Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot ?

Hi Ty,
Based on your 'sh processes cpu' output, the notable one is HULC LED Process. Seems like this is normal based on this bug id CSCtn42790. The bug details mentioned what the specific process does. Seems like this is expected and should be normal. Thanks
