Hi ,
These two processes seem to be the culprits :
56 153874756 680837438 226 2.61% 2.65% 2.69% 0 Cat4k Mgmt HiPri
57 363174821047547247 34 95.64% 95.42% 95.32% 0 Cat4k Mgmt LoPri
We would need the output of "sh plat health"
This seems to be a fairly common issue as documented by CISCO here :
This is documented here : http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-4000-series-switches/65591-cat4500-high-cpu.html
Several entries are available on supportforums for this issue.
