Hi Team,
We are seeing high CPU utilization on one of our Core Switch (WS-C6509-E with SUP 720 running IOS s72033_rp-IPSERVICESK9_WAN-M).
See the output captured for CPU utilization and see ~50% of CPU is used for ARP Input.

Theres multiple reasons you could be arping that high mostly because your punting to the cpu
Theres a few things you can check in this doc regarding configuration and identifying what might be the cause of this.

Has it only started happening or have you been running high for a while? any new config introduced
