high fabric utilization on sup module

I have been looking around at our 6509E and noticed that the peak utilization on Module 5 (the active SUP) was at 98% (by show platform hardware capacity fabric command ).

I'v check the peak bandwidht capacity of the 2 10G ports that build in on the SUP (sup-720-10G-3C) and the maximum was 2.5Gbps.

can't really figure out what could be the reason of high utilization if there is low capacity of the SUP ports.

it will take some time because it's a closed secured network without internet connection.
