HIGH UTILIZATION of 4500 Catalyst processes CPU

Hi all,

I want to know if m running data & voice networks from 3560 catalyst @ edge & 4500 catalyst @ Core level, how to minimize avg% utilization of 4500 switches. As m facing 90% utilization of 4500 switches in my network..

Any body can explain which things i have to look into deeply to analyze the utilization & reduce the unnecessary traffic.I have spanned vlans @ layer 2 also from different edges upto Cores.
