Hello Everyone!
I was doing network throughput using Fluke Etherscope II and LinkRunner Duo and noticed a strange phenomenon when using small frames up to 68 Bytes. There is a loss rate that goes up to 4 %. Increasing frame size up to 1000 or 1500 Bytes will eliminate any packet loss. It was tested on flat network using 6500 series switches with the 10 Gbps backbone connection. I attaches some pictures with the test results. Any idea why this happens?
Thank you,
Val

It might be your queues' buffers are too small for a high rate of small packets.
