At the same time, many VLANs are not created on the recipient switch

Are you running VTP so that the vlans pass between switches , without it they wont of in transparent mode or setup in wrong domain

What is the mac address which is been seen in the mac moves , mac moves can be perfectly legitimate , you can turn it off too , if you have devices  that move around the building like laptops or wireless devices they can cause mac flaps as the mac is still in the table leaned from one port but then see coming in from another port so it generates a mac move to notify you , could be fine if its that

You can also check if constant STP changes are occurring with below command to see where and how often changes are occurring

show spanning-tree detail | inc ieee|occurr|from|is exec

Mark Malone, thank you for your answer!

Take the VLAN 2011. This is PtP with ASA. Such a scheme:

ASA --lag-- C3750E --lag(PO59)-- C4510E(core) (int vlan 2011)

core#sh run int vla 2011
Building configuration...

Current configuration : 98 bytes
!
interface Vlan2011
 description p2p ASA-Servers
 ip address 172.16.250.139 255.255.255.248
end

We see the mac flapping:

But on the switch where the port looks PO5, this VLAN is not created!!

1-1.core#sh vla id 2011
VLAN id 2011 not found in current VLAN database

Why can this happen?

But on the switch where the port looks PO5, this VLAN is not created!!

Are you running VTP server on the core and vtp client on the access switch ?
without that it wont automatically create the vlan it needs to be manually created... its not an automatic process unless setup to be , you can check with show vtp status on each switch

Everywhere is enabled mode transparent

I do not understand why I see mac-adress in vlan 2011 which is not created on the switch from which it comes (lag PO5)

so that explains why the vlan is not automatically there as its all transparent

I do not understand why I see mac-adress in vlan 2011 which is not created on the switch from which it comes (lag PO5)

Are you saying that vlan 2011 does not exist on the access switch connected to po5 ?

Yes it is

ASA --lag-- C3750E --lag(PO59)-- Core(4510E VSS)(int vlan 2011) --lag(PO5)-- 1-1.core(4510E)(not created vlan 2011)

VLAN 2011 this is just an example.
There are many of those
And all with PO5

etc

never seen that before if those vlans do not exist at layer 2 not sure how there being sourced form it on core switch and from that PO  , so the mac you see as being assigned to vlan 2011 what vlan is it actually part of when you trace it  ?

There can be a trigger problem in that one MAC in different VLAN?

There are several MAC addresses moving back and forth.  Track down these MAC address and find out if they have multiple uplinks to your switch.  I am suspecting they do and their switchports aren't configured for etherchannel.
