hot add - n55 M16UP module in nx5548up

Was wondering if anyone has ever hot ADDED, not swapped, an expansion module in a 5548up.  Is a switch reboot required?

I looked at the H/W install guide and it does not mention anything...

Yes, the module is hot swap able

From the installation guide:

You can hot swap the expansion modules during operations.

Any issues during the hot add?  Did the 5k automatically recognize the ports?  What version of code will allow the hot add?

Could anyone share their experience of hot-adding this module in a C5548UP running nx-os v7 code please?

In case it helps others, a hot-add of the M16-UP into a 5548UP running v7.x code worked fine for me.
