How can I import Cisco WLC 5520 client by AP data to prtg ?

Hi, 

I need to monitioring client by AP count on PRTG but I didnt find MIB file. 

How can I import this data ?

Thank you BB this document but I applied this situation and I can see AP admin status,downtime and operation status.

I didnt see client count per AP. I attached image .
