How do I get a switch out of eigrp stub mode?

I have a 3750e switch running universalk9 12.2(55)SE1 code. It is configured for routing and even has an eigrp process configured with legitimate networks, etc... It also has the command "eigrp stub connected static" configured. When I tried to remove the stub command by using the "no" form, I received the following response:  "EIGRP is restricted to stub configurations only on this platform." Any suggestions? I'm trying to remove the stub config so the downstream devices can access the NTP server.

NOTE: The upstream device was also configured as a stub, but I was able to remove that command. I have not gone back and removed all of the static routes on the upstream yet.

You have the IP Base license which restricts EIGRP to operate in stub mode. You will have to upgrade to IP Services if you want to run full EIGRP.
