How do you Log the creation of local accounts?

Wondering if this is a possibility.  I know these are added to the config, but we need another way to monitor account creation like a syslog, log, snmp trap, etc.

Sounds great!  Thank you for the quick response. I'll look into this and see if I can find or write a script for it.
