How many different frames packets are encapsulated?

The question is, In  a network diagram There is PC 1 That is connected to switch 1 > connected to router 1 connected to > ISP and ISP connected to Server B.

How many times will a packet be encapsulated when Connection to Server B from PC1?

Hi,

you forgot to post the diagram but I can presume there are 2 routers at least( router1 and isp) then each time a frame is forwarded at layer 3 there is a decapsulation and encapsulation process.
