Hi,

I have a 6504 with dual sup-engine. I would like to access the standby sup-engine remotely. Kindly advise. Thanks.

You can access the standby sup using a session command (NB: I know you can access it, as I've done it, but I'm not 100% positive it's the session command). However, once you gain access to the standby sup there not much you can do beyond getting a response. I.e. it won't accept almost any standard commands.

Why or what do you want to "do" to the standby sup?

Hi Joseph,

The stand-by sup was the active sup-engine which suddenly rebooted. I need to get its show logging.

Thanks,

Jackie
