how to analyze traffic

Hi,

Users access internet via BLUECOAT.

Utilization of Internet link is showing Full most of the time.

Its difficult to track active online users on BLUECOAT,

can someone suggest a tool to analyze the traffic from user to BLUECOAT

Users are on VLAN05

BLUECOAT is on VLAN10

I need to see which users connect to bluecoat and how much bandwidth they utilize

All routing is done on a Layer3Switch ( 3550 )

if you are authenticating users in blue coat, then it will be easy to collect statistics about their internet usage from BC management web interface

BC Management doesnt have have active logged-in user information.

I want to see which users hits the bluecoat BOX.
