How to configure management interfaces of switches and routers to communicate on TLS

Hi Everyone,

Can we configure management interfaces of switches and routers to communicate only on TLS and not on SSL. If it is, then can anyone help me out that ; how to configure management interfaces of switches and routers to communicate on TLS instead of SSL.

What switch are you using?

We are using cisco's 2k & 3k catalyst switches. Is it something to do with specific models ?

Different switches run different software, such as IOS, IOS-XE and Nexus OS.  

A Cisco 2960 runs IOS, while a 3560 runs IOS-XE.

I am not aware any options on those switches to select the protocol (TLS vesus SSL).

Do you actually need to use the web server on the device, as opposed to using SSH or SNMPv3?
