How to connect a wifi-router to a Cisco Switch

Dear all experts,

I have Asus router connecting to a switch and wants to provide wifi service to my clients.  My switch is 2950 model and the router is RT-AC66U.  I have set the router to AP mode and obtains static IP.  I use one of the LAN port in my router and connect it to one of my Cisco switch port.

Do I need to enable the Cisco switch port (connect to Asus router) to spanning-tree portfast?  Or I should set it to no spanning-tree.  I have read some articles from internet which said it should be set 'no spanning-tree' for hubs.  However, I just used wifi feature for that Asus router.  I feel confused about that.  Moreoever, do I need to set that port toe be trunk mode? Or just leave it to access mode?  Thanks for your help.

You should set the port as static trunk port.
