How to dfisable/remove 3750 switch from stack

Hi I just bought a 3750 from a company and stacking was configured I tried clearing all settings but the stack configs still come up when reloaded 

need help disabling stacking.

Switch(config)#no switch 1 provision  WS-C3750-48TS
%Switch can not be un-provisioned when it is physically present

Switch#sh switch

Hi robertokippins, 

I believe that it is not possible to turn off the stacking feature in a 3750.

If the switch is stand alone then it will always boot as master during the boot process.

Hi @robertokippins,

First, an stand-alone switch which is stacking capable is NOT stacking until is put into a configured stack of switches. 

The configuration "switch <no.> provision <switch model> is always going to be in the running-config just in case that you add the switch to an stack. So, why bother disabling stack when your switch is not stacking? (although stacking capabilities can't be disabled)

What do you want to do with the switch? Do you want to add it to an existing stack of switches?

Thanks for the response guys actually I am just using the switch  to practice for my ccnp switch and I don't have any experience with stacking  the other thing that was freaking me out was going to interface configuration mode i now have to type int f1/0/1 instead of int f0/1 so I thought maybe if i disable stacking it would have change the interface configuration setting.
