Hi
what we do
execute the command:
clear counters (all interfaces / ports)
Wait 10 days
If any port / interface has both 0 input packets AND 0 output packets, the port is unused

Yeah
you wanted to know following:
"(eg) ports which are not used for more then 10 days."
So if you clear them today and then wait 10 days you ll have your answer by checking the input and output packets.

I made 2 php scripts where we can find interface port who are some weeks (default 10 weaks = 70 days) are down.
output of the script gives.
System startup date (this example switch 04 Aug 2015)
System Uptime ( 412 days, 1:0:0)
Time script generate (19 Sep 2016 14:13)
and the ports who are down and when they gone down.
