How to get the Model name of a faulty fan of WS-C3750X-12S switch?

Hello All,

We have WS-C3750X-12S  with 2 Fans , one fan of the show enviroment shows as faulty , i would like to replace it with another FAN , how can i get the exact name of the model number of this Fan ? it doesn't show on the "show inventory " , appreciate your support , also i couldn't check it physically as it's in a remote location
