How to properly upgrade a SG550XG-8F8T

Greetings,

I have a cluster, consisting of two SG550XG-8F8T. I need to update the firmware (got told so by Cisco support after an outage). Since I have never done this before, I am curious what the best way to accomplish this would be?

Hi see this link shows you the options you have to upgrade, you will need a CCO account to download the software , USB probably the easiest method , put firmware on it load it up and reboot
