How to turn off MAC address learning in VLAN

not sure what is use case, as you mentioned business looking to turn off. ( so i suggesting below command - there are some side effects may you aware )

no mac address-table learning vlan 1-4094 ( let us know if this works on your code ?)

This command is invalid. The device could not run this command. Does this switch not support this function? Or is the switch implemented using another command? thank you

I have test switch with 12.2 code - WS-C3750-48P 12.2(55)SE12

(config)#no mac address-table learning vlan ?
WORD VLAN ID List Eg. 1-10,15

There is no option to select the MAC address table to learn VLAN in the (config) configuration view，Can you help me？Thank you
