HWIC-4SHDSL-E Ethernet0/1/0 continuously up and down

Hi all, recently deployed a Pair of Cisco 1921 with HWIC-4SHDSL-E  in Slot 0 at both ends Cpe and CO. Below is a snapshot of the configuration from the CO end. The roles are stricttly at Layer 2. However, the link always keep up and down and I have replaced both end to end 1921 but the issue still occur ? Anyone has any idea what is the problem ?

Hi,

I have not worked with this card myself but there is a very nice HowTo document here:

According to that document, you seem to be missing the mode efm command in the controller configuration, and it appears that the default setting for the mode is ATM, not EFM, so that may be in conflict with the subsequent definition of the dsl-group that tries to use EFM bonding. In addition, you are trying to use the EFM bonding using only one wire pair - which is kind of useless, as there is nothing to bond this one pair with. You could also try removing the efm-bond keyword from the dsl-group configuration.

If following these suggestions and the document above does not help please try posting the complete output of show controllers shdsl 0/1/0 detailed. It would also be interesting to know if the routers actually got connected succesfully if they were cabled back-to-back with a short Ethernet cable, to remove any suspicion that the line itself is faulty.

I have two location with 2901 router. now customer would like go for point to point leased line connection with the speed of 14mbps.From service provider side , they are going to provide RJ45 connector to terminate into the router. need suggestion to chose the HWIC card?? Can I use the below mentioned one?
