I cannot open the web console with the ios c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-4.E8

we buy a new cisco switch (c2960x-48TD-L) with IOS (c2960x-universalk9-mz.152-4.E8). i make all the configuration for the web console but I cannot open the web console. i dont know what is the problem

What is the error you get Page not found? in that case, the files are missing?

You need to download the .tar file  which should include the html files required for web access.
