I don't know how to build this static routing

Hopefully you can open my file.

You need to add default gateway on PCs. Both had no Default gateway. This is first condition to ping.

You need to add static routes in all router. In your case Router0(1)(1) had no routes

For routers like Router0 and Router0(1)(1)(1) you can add static routes like this:

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 "ip address next router"

Because they have only one option as the PC is already connected to them.

For the other routers, you need to add routes for PC network, not Routers network.
