I have a 3850 24pt poe switch and cannot factory default

I tried by plugging in and holding down the mode button, syst just keeps flashing green for over 10 mins. is there another way to do this? I changed isp's and the ip address changed from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1, so I need to reconfigure the switch.

Holding down the Mode button only works if the switch is on IOS-XE 3.X.X but if the switch is on 16.X.X, the holding-down-the-mode-button is not going to work.  

1. Power down the switch. 
2. Power up the switch. 
3. Watch the status LED light.  
4. The moment the status LED light hit the Mode button on and off (press for half a second and then let go) several times until the ROMMON cursor shows up.
