I have a Cisco IE 4010 with dual power supply but the second shows disabled, could you please advise.

Can someone please re-seat the power cable to PS-2 and watch the logs?

Please share the logs when the power cable is re-seated.

I contacted the local site contact and it looks like the power cables werent connnected properly, its fine now. Thank you for your suggestions
