I searched on CCO and all it says LOG a TAC case. Can someone explain what this error message means?

Router is a Cisco 3745 running c3745-ipbase-mz.123-14.T1.bin.

More information can be found in the attached file.

Traceback messages like here are almost always an indication of problems within the IOS. For your case, 123-14.T1 is a deferred release Please try upgrading to a newer release before going through the burden of opening a TAC-case.

Suggested release: 123-14.T7(ED)
