We have several different models of switches: 3560 24 Port, 3560 48 Port, 3560 24 Port PoE.

Do I really need to download a seperate piece of software for each model as the software seems the same no matter which one I download? They all seem to be the exact same size and have the same name.

Of course if I were to upgrade our 3750s I would download 3750 software but, would it be the case for the 3750, where one would be good for all?

Pat,

In the case of your 3560 switches, you only need to download one image for all, regardless of the number ports, POE, etc,,,

The same applies for the 3750 series.  You need one image
