Implicit Deny on Nexus 7K/5K?

Does the Nexus 5K/7K have an implicit deny? (i.e. the user does not need to explicitly deny all traffic)?

Yes it same like IOS switch

Check out the below link for on Nexus 7000 it states that  it has implicit deny rule for ip any any .
