Incompatibility between WS-C3560-48PS-E and ToIP Thompson ST2030?

Hello,

We want force the speed (100) and duplex (Full) between WS-C3560-48PS-E and ToIP Thompson ST2030, this configuration doesn't work, but if we configue the switch and the ToIP in auto-negotiate, works well.

We have another switch Cisco that works if force the speed and duplex with the same telephone.

Have any incompatibility between WS-C3560-48PS-E and ToIP Thompson ST2030.

Can you help us?

  Try putting "no mdix auto" on your ports and then try hardcoding the ports .

This solution doesn't work, thanks a lot.

These ToIP Thompson works in this switchs:

- WS-C3560G-24PS-S
- WS-C3560-48PS-E
- WS-C3560-24PS-S

The WS-C3560-48PS-E that doesn't works is V2.
