Industrial Ethernet 4010 Crash

Hi all. I just lost my IE4010 switch for a couple minutes - seeing this in show version:

uptime is 5 minutes
System returned to ROM by address error at PC 0x3F2CFF0, address 0x0
System restarted at 17:53:34 EST Thu Sep 24 2020

It looks like the device crashed, right?

Hi, Leo. I got some feedback from TAC and apparently I was hitting this bug: "CSCvi86071:  Crash seen after configuring SCP,FTP, RCP, HTTP & TFTP path under archive"

I've since upgraded the IOS and I'm now watching to see if it happens again. Thank you.

Appears to be a software crash. You may want to open a ticket with TAC, so they can investigate the crash file.

 - If this keeps happening you always have the option to upgrade to latest software release, if available, feasible and applicable.
