I think before doing anything you should move to a gold star release of code, as you may be facing an issue long since resolved.  A gold star release for your switch is 12.2.55-SE11.

Hi,

I tried this IOS, but I am still facing issue.

Issue comes occasionally, it's random.

Hi,

Is this issue happing regular? You could capture traffic going to the switch at that time using wireshark and a span port.

Thanks

John
