- It could mean , that you 'only' have a physical connection problem on the link. Disconnect and re-connect at both sides (for instance).

The message: "Module 1 Instance 0 Pool-group buffer 90 percent threshold is exceeded" means that the buffer is reaching the limit of 100% utilization. This happens basically due to a congestion on the interface which is either caused by over utilization of the egress port (1x 10G ingress, 1x 1G egress OR 2x 1G ingress, 1x 1G egress), either by micro bursts of traffic which is eating up the buffers.
I would recommend you monitor the interface utilization and see if it reaches the limits. if yes, then you will need more bandwidth for the egress (port-channeling) or you can apply QoS and prioritize the important traffic. Note, the last option will only avoid traffic drops for higher priority classes.
The link flaps, looks like a separate issue - you will have to perform a L1 check:
+ verify/replace the SFPs
+ verify/replace the cable/fiber
+ verify that the cable/connectors/SFP are properly inserted
+ if you changed all of the above, start moving the SFPs/cables to another switch port OR another NIC.
