Hope somebody can help me - I have an issue with intermittant issues of no Audio while on calls.
I have IP handsets on a remote site working off an 881 router they are connected back to the PBX to the head office over a Private MPLS Cloud and there us another 881 router in the headoffice. While a calls will ring without any issues and the Majority of calls are Perfect (No Jitter etc..) some calls will ring but when answered theres no sound. If the user puts the call on hold and takes it back the call is fine again. Im guessing theres some issue here with RTP but I cant tell what im missing on my config of both routers.
The is a dedicated Voice link and no data. the VPN is done over the WAN link to the other site so theres no much configuration on the Router. Configs below I have removed the wan addreses and passwords -
