IP access list query

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue on an internal access list on a catalyst switch. The network is 10.20.60.0/23 and I have the mask set at 0.0.1.255 can someone confirm that the mask is correct?

thats a correct mask for a /23 and will make the network 10.20.60.0 to 10.20.61.255
